■Valid before getting off the bus.
■No charge for up to two infants under elementary school age per parent/guardian; no charge for infants under one year of age.
You can board the bus without a reservation, but you may not be able to board the bus when it is full or when it is out of service. (It is recommended that you purchase your tickets after boarding and before disembarking the bus.)
If you are unable to present the screen due to a terminal malfunction, loss of charge, or poor communication, please pay the one-way fare separately.
■REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN THE RYDE PASS APPLICATION. REFUNDS CANNOT BE MADE ON BOARD THE BUS OR AT THE BUS COMPANY COUNTER.
No refunds will be made after the start of use.
■No refunds will be made for delays in connecting transportation, nor will compensation be made for delays in this bus.
