Dr. Yanaizu Soba: While the history of buckwheat cultivation in Yanaizu is long, the recent gourmet boom in Japan has led to a nationwide reevaluation of the quality of Yanaizu's buckwheat, and the name "Dr. Yanaizu Soba" was chosen for this occasion. The "Dr. Yanaizu Soba" is a pure buckwheat noodle made by the hands of a master and the famous water.

Yanaizu Sauce Katsu-don: The Aizu region is famous for its saucy pork cutlet bowl. Yanaizu's saucy pork cutlet bowl, which has been popular in Yanaizu for centuries, features cabbage on a bed of rice with a fluffy egg omelet and a crispy sauce cutlet on top.
